Any plans in the future to make some old F units or high hoods?

the famous GP7 in original high hood form will be included in the next update! And you will be able to drive it SHF or LHF! Only a couple of skins for it atm, but I will add more shortly. F-Units, I have a model, just haven’t brought it in game quite yet but I will!

No I dont think I will be making all of the small, insignificant changes that vary between the different roads. It was difficult to find models that I could make work for this mod in the first place, and in order for me to rework the model to correct it for every small detail that the roads do differently would be a large amount of time and in my opinion not anywhere close to worth it, as the models are not super detailed in the first place.

It took some time to figure out why the locomotives keep derailing sometimes, but not always...
Depending on how heavy the train is loaded, the locomotive keeps derailing. I see how the boggie lifts up while accelerating. Its not so bad as in some previous versions but still reducing the fun.
Anyway, great job and its helping a lot.
I hope one day someone may make european/german trains too

Are you using the GP38s and having those issues with the bogies lifting up when accelerating? If so, I have found that issue as well, and I have been working on improving that. I havent had those issues with the 6 axle locos

this weekend for sure! Going to be adding A TON of new locos, new railcars, updated railcar loads, a new warehouse, and so much more! Hope y’all enjoy it. Look for it either tonight, or hopefully by saturday

Yeah I was really hoping to have some other modders help by creating assets like you mention, but nobody has so far! I do have a few more signal options coming for the next updat

I FINALLY figured out what my issue was with the first steam train I have been working on for a while! so it is FINALLY finished up, and will be included in the next update!

It's one of the preserved engines too Nickel plate #765. Though I imagine like the diesels the numbers can be changed

Yes it is loosely based off of NKP #765, the preserved Berkshire, But you are correct, you can change the numbers to whatever you want!

 Could we possibly see a pere Marquette Berkshire in the future? Like #1225? Possibly maybe even the famous Polar Express for Christmas?

Yeah I think Pere Marquette will be close! and oh I like the idea of the polar express as well!

Yes you can create your own paint schemes! there are templates in the "textures" folder for most of the locomotives for you to create your own! just takes some work to add it to the mod


ALSO, I intend on including PRLX and other leaser locomotives in the near future haha

Good morning, you have to go to the crane's xml at the search center off mass, the value will be like 36000, change to 160000, don't change anything else, the crane will have 160 tons and with the weights of 10 tons of additional ones, various up to the weight of the locomotive, for example one 180 ton locomotive put the crane with 8 weights of 10 tons it will give you 80 tons plus its 160 tons lift the locomotive found out if you have difficulty let me know and I will send you the edited xml ok

Be careful, the crane is heavier and takes longer to stop, here I send the edited xml change 25000 to 160000 like the photos ok

Hmmm it seems to be working just fine for me.. were you able to get it?

The version I got was on FS.Com which also contains a lot of PC only mods. Unfortunately they don't have the latest version at least not yet however it worked there. And to be honest if this WAS on the modhub it would work there too. Not sure why I can't get it from here without issues though it's a bit weird. 

Just wondering and it might have been asked already. If so i'm sorry. Is there any plans on making any HI-Rail vehicles or Maintance-Of-Way equipment in the future?

As for hi-rail, yes I intend to add some at some point! I havent really found any good models yet, but when I do I will add them when I can!

I know a member of a group that might be able to help u with such things as hi- rail  a WMF group member by the name of Adam if not a few group members of that group and their patreon that have been testing the Hi Rail vehichles that might be useful in being the vehichles and models u seek mabey u might seek out WMF and the WMF patreon along with a Patreon containing the Hi Rail Mods in development and Testing and offer ur help in working with them to test their Hi Rail mods 

LOL!!! I've got their HI-Rail stuff. It's crap! UNLESS you are going to just use them on straight track. Curves? Forget it. wont follow curves at all. I'll wait for a real modder (JWeezy) to make them.

I know people like Adam in Wood Medow Farms he and many have been Testing that Hi Rail Stuff in the Wood Medow Farms group Patreon since their Wood Medow Farms stuff is still under testing

u know hi rail vehichles were used for things like maintanence mind u so yea on such things like straight tracks that is possible to use on straight track but only for maintanence purposes 

modified crane with weight to lift locomotives of 220 tons, precision of placing 4 weights of 10t on each side, total 80t lifts any locomotive and I no longer need to change the XML of the locomotives

The switch tracks keep switching back over and causing the train to derai

Good morning, it depends on the way you install it, the trigger part must always be installed on the side of the line you are building, not on the connection to join the end, for example, always connect before having a line in front, as happens when you have a line ready Go connect this adapter and delete a line, then there's always a bug, understand?

Howdy, sorry for the delay I have been on my honeymoon. It sounds like you have the animated object extension mod that makes doors and gates open automatically? This mod will cause the issue you are describing, it is not compatible with my mods

This autocrane now is a 75 tons 

but now I use a Limberg auto crane I changed its xml to 60 tons and the weights to 7 tons each total 74 tons and lowered the locomotives to 40 tons

The escavator volvo is a mod fs miner and i edit xml locomotive put just 21 tons for volvo take

Hola excelente actualizacion felicitaciones nuevamennte tremendo trabajo,lo unico que note que si bien la grua que va en el almacen es dificil de colocar ,no es tan complicado hacerlo (yo lo hice sin sacar el techo  x que no sabia varias veces)lo que si note si lo puedes arreglar es que despues de colocarla cuando la estas utilizando salta y se sale del carril eso pasa casi que continuamente lo que implicaque pases mucho tiempo colocando la grua nuevamente en su lugar,como siempre felicitaciones y gracias

If you're looking for models to add i would check out stuff from the Trainz Railroad simulator series. I'm pretty sure some of those models could be adapted to Farm Sim. I happen to know about quite a few models that would be suitable including ones you've been looking for Trainz Forge is a good website too look on for up #4014 and #844. They also have a couple of geared locomotives like a climax and shay. And under diesels Ive seen good F units.

Honestly I'm just as stumped as you are i dont even know how blender works to begin with but i would assume its what everyone uses these days. If I can figure out how to get it to work do you want me to share the models

Also, I have not been able to figure out how to make a diamond interchange work (like the one in your picture) because of the way the locomotives and rolling stock roll along and inside of the rails.. As soon as I figure it out, I will be adding a diamond interchange!

ive been studying one of stations irl operates a Junction style track layout at the Northgate station were most of our trains run in and out.

I reconise one of our stations at northgate has a track layout similar to that were our trains run in and out called a Junction style if im not mistaken which is a kind of Spoke style Junction which is a combination of multiple junctions ofc that image u posted there shows a combination of multiple junctions

Is nobody having a texture problem on the locomotives?? some are blurry and others arents.

Howdy Jimmy, sorry for the delayed response as I have been sick. Blurry textures has been an issue throughout FS22, it is not specific to just my mods. I have heard that when somebody is experiencing these issues, clearing the shader cache can correct this issue, if you search how to clear shader cache on YT it should show you how. Please let me know if that fixes the issues for ya!

good jweery, look I got it, I hope you don't take it the wrong way, I edited the locomotive's xml and now, as seen in the photos, the mod is for personal use only.

multiple locomotives and railcars have blurry textures, anybody else having this issue?

Good morning guys, how do I change the weight of the locomotive in the xml? center of mass? I wanted it for 12 thousand kg so it could be lifted by crane. If it changes, will there be problems with the locomotive or not?

I see you figured out how to change the weight, apologies for the delayed response as I have been sick. No problem with using that for personal use at all! please be aware tho, with the weight of the locomotives set so low, they will NOT handle correctly while operating on the rails. Hope you enjoy! Looks like lots of fun

Good morning, I noticed that when changing weight, they don't derail, even at high speed when changing lines, they just accelerate faster and brake less 😂 but it's realistic, thanks, and for personal use, the improvements for you

So perhaps l leaving the weight unedited makes the trains too top heavy and unbalanced causing derailments?

Thank you! That is much appreciated, and I am glad you are enjoying them. As for the doors, you will need the Simple IC mod, located here: Interactive Control | ModHub | Farming Simulator (farming-simulator.com) to be able to open doors. Once you have this mod installed, you will see an "x" once you walk up to the doors on the passenger cars, the boxcars, and the livestock cars. That is how you open the doors. I hope this translates well!

So while the store page doesn't show it the stock car IS functional and can carry our animals?

Yes the latest update included an update to the livestock car that allows it to load cattle! only cattle right now, I will add other animals soon. You still have to get the railcar into the store area for the livestock tho, same as if you were using a semi livestock trailer so you have to get creative with the tracks sometimes.. haha

i have superman and lumber jack and neither of them can lift the turntable,any ideas?
